Highly recommended! Great experience. They let us check in at 10 am (check in is at 4 pm). They don’t have fridges in their rooms but everything else was wonderful!!

I had a wonderful experience here. I stayed here for a work conference, and everything was wonderful. The hotel provided food that was excellent. In particular, I would like to commend an employee named Sam, who served us food. He was exceptionally kind and made it a great experience. I had to leave and reenter the event multiple times with my baby, and he made sure I had everything I need, and even found me in the hall to let me know when my food was ready. Truly a wonderful experience-he deserves a raise! Thank you for keeping wonderful staff on hand that made staying here a great experience. Thank you Sam!

Stayed here for a work trip, very nice interiors, good location on campus and great food/lots of vegetarian options and very healthy which doesn't happen for work trips/conferences and hotel based meals. My only issue was we booked an all day conference and they put us right by the field which played loud music throughout the day for band and football practice which made it hard to hear presenters at times. Additionally the AV equipment was damaged and we had to reset the room during the lunch break which was less than ideal but overall it was an easy conference center to use for our business meeting.

If you are staying for more than a couple of nights I would not recommend this hotel. They do not provide a microwave or refrigerator. They said that the microwave is a fire hazard and you can request a refrigerator for a fee. I understand that they may not want microwaves in the rooms, but they do not provide them for guest anywhere in the building, which is extremely inconvenient. So are guest supposed to throw away their leftovers or not be able to warm up snacks or treats?? Also the shower was designed without a door and the bathroom door doesn't lock.

At almost $750 for two nights with $35 per night parking factored in, I expected basic amenities included like parking and a mini fridge but both require additional fees that I was unaware of until check-in. Besides being nickel and dimed for things I’ve never had to pay extra for in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life, the beds are awful (hard, sunken in mattresses, pillows are like little, square, cheap throw pillows), the pipes are really loud which means you’ll hear water running and hissing every time someone from another room flushes their toilet or showers, and the walls are really thin. The shower is weird too; there’s no door, so water just sprays out into the bathroom. Overall I expected better at the price. That’s why I chose this place instead of a cheaper one. I don’t even want to know what cheaper hotels in LA are like now. Guest services agents offered to swap the mattress out by the way, but it never happened.

This is a convention center space. It is not a hotel and I don't know why. Google is prompting me to give a hotel room review. But, it is new. The conference rooms are spacious. Acoustically friendly and well done. Restrooms are clean and bright and spacious. Lots of room to walk around. Lots of areas for the catering to be served

Hotel and rooms are clean. Our room was in a main location near the elevators so we could hear the door banging in the middle of the night from other inconsiderate guests. Parking overnight is $35/night. The tv service is limited, so you're better off signing into Netflix/your own tv service.
